Shipping policy

Order Processing & Production
All RUSH garments are produced on demand, made individually for each order to reduce waste and ensure quality.
Production typically takes 1-3 business days before dispatch. During peak periods, production may extend slightly, but you’ll be notified if significant delays occur.

Shipping Times
Once produced, your order ships directly from our fulfillment partner. Estimated delivery times:

  • Canada: 7–11 business days after dispatch

  • United States: 7–11 business days after dispatch

  • International: 9–21 business days depending on region and customs processing

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination or courier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier availability. RUSH does not offer freight-to-collect (FTC) or cash-on-delivery shipping options.

Tracking Information
You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact rhythmyoushouldhear@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside Canada, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by RUSH.

Production Transparency
Because every garment is made to order, minor variations in texture or color may occur due to fabric batch differences or dye lots. These variations are a natural part of small-batch production and contribute to each item’s unique character.
